I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 12 years, focusing on vegan and vegetarian cuisine and have a deep passion for creating delicious plant-based desserts; re-imagining traditional Italian recipes, in a vegan-friendly way.
I have taught fresh pasta workshops, creating authentic Italian pasta, using vegetarian ingredients and experience this as incredibly rewarding, seeing others get excited about plant-based cooking.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in various cities across Italy, as well as in London and Brighton.
For me, it's all about bringing fresh, sustainable, and tasty food to the table. I believe that vegan and vegetarian dishes can be just as satisfying and flavourful as traditional ones and i am dedicated in inspiring others to explore the world of vegan cuisine and to continue creating delicious, innovative dishes.
Frank
I am a freelance pastry chef/instructor with over 10 years’ experience in the catering industry.
I have extensive experience creating and executing menus in fine dining restaurants and producing afternoon teas in 5-star hotels of which, most recently, The Ritz and The Berkeley hotel.
My recent activities include upscale events catering and pastry and bakery class instruction.
I also has over 6 years’ experience as an ESL teacher in Thailand and completed Le Cordon Bleu Patisserie diploma at the Dusit Thani hotel in Bangkok in 2013.
I am a nutrition fanatic and art enthusiast and love listening to jazz music, painting and playing the drums.
I live in Brighton, currently studying health coaching at the College of naturopathic medicine, to bring nutrition, health, and wellness knowledge to the next level.
