Indulge in an Italian culinary journey, where you will master how to create authentic egg pasta.
This hands-on experience promises to elevate your cooking skills.
In this 2.5 hour workshop you will learn how to shape your dough and create, tantalising tagliatelle and delectable ricotta and spinach ravioli, using traditional methods.
You will also learn how to create two easy sauces, a zesty cherry tomato sauce a rich sage-butter sauce.
Whether you are a seasoned chef or a passionate home cook, this workshop is your ticket to pasta perfection.
This course uses Wheat, Eggs and Sulphites. Unfortunately we are not able to tailor or alter recipes with substitutions, as these fundamentally change the composition and outcome of the recipes.

The building does not have wheelchair access or a lift and is only accessible by steep steps up or down to the lower ground floor, where the school is situated. Therefore the school is not suitable for individuals who have limited mobility.
